Return Refund Policy

This Return Refund Policy applies to all U.S. customers who have purchased mug products from our independent site (the “Site”). We are committed to providing you with quality goods and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may refer to the following policy for return and refund.

I. Return conditions

Return period

You have the right to request a return for a refund within 15 days from the date you received the item. Please make sure to initiate the return application within this period, after which it will not be accepted.
Merchandise Condition

Returned cups must be in new, unused, undamaged condition with original packaging, accessories, labels and so on. We reserve the right to refuse the return of merchandise if it has human damage, signs of use, missing accessories, or incomplete packaging.

Quality problems

If the cups you receive have quality problems, such as cracks, chips, deformation, excessive color differences, etc., you can apply for a refund within the above return period. For the identification of quality problems, we will judge according to the actual situation.

Non-Quality Problems

If you want to return the goods due to personal preference, wrong style, wrong size and other non-quality issues, you also need to apply within the specified return period, and the goods need to meet the above conditions of new, unused and so on.

Second, the return application process

Contact customer service

If you need to return an item, please contact our customer service team through the following ways within the return period:

Log in to the website, find the order you need to return on the “My Orders” page, click the “Apply for Return” button, and fill in the return application information according to the system prompts.

Customer Service Review

Our customer service team will review your return application within 3 working days after receiving it. Upon approval, we will provide you with the return address and return label (if required). If the review is not approved, customer service will communicate with you to explain the reason.

Sending back the merchandise

Once you have received the return address from us, please send the item(s) back to us within 15 business days according to the following requirements:

Pack the goods properly with suitable packing materials to ensure that the goods are not damaged during transportation.

Attach the return request form (you can download it from the website or indicate the return information by yourself) inside the package, and indicate the order number, name and contact number.

It is recommended that you choose a courier service with tracking records, and keep the courier bill number in order to check the logistics information.

Refund process

Receive the returned goods

After we receive the goods you send back, we will check the goods within 3 working days to confirm whether the goods meet the conditions for return.

Refund Processing

If the merchandise is eligible for return, we will process your refund within 3 working days after confirming receipt of the merchandise. The refund will be returned in the same way as you originally paid, and the specific arrival time may vary depending on the processing procedures of payment institutions and banks, generally [7] – [15] working days.

If the product is not eligible for return, we will contact you to explain the situation and send the product back to you (shipping costs are borne by you).

IV. Shipping Instructions

Quality Problems

If there is a quality problem with the item, we will bear the shipping cost of sending the item back to you. You can choose to send back the merchandise by cash on delivery, or communicate with our customer service before sending back the merchandise, and we will provide you with a return label.

Non-Quality Problems

If you return an item due to a non-quality issue, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the item. We recommend that you choose a cost-effective and guaranteed courier service when sending back the goods.

V. Special circumstances

Customized products

For customized cup products, due to its special characteristics, does not support the return of refunds, unless there is a quality problem with the goods.

Promotional activities

Goods involved in promotional activities, such as discounts, full reductions, etc., return refund policy is the same as ordinary goods, but if you enjoy the gift, return the gift need to be returned together, otherwise we will deduct the value of the gift from the refund amount.

Force majeure factors

If you encounter natural disasters, wars, government actions and other force majeure factors lead to the goods can not be delivered on time or the return and refund process is blocked, we will not be responsible for the corresponding, but will try to assist you to solve the problem.
